To cancel your Rocket Fuel University Membership, please fill out the cancellation form.

If you previously requested a cancellation of your Rocket Fuel University membership, but have changed your mind, please contact support via the form below or call 877-824-7572. If your membership has already cancelled, you will need to register again.

If you signed up on or after September 3rd, 2020: Please update your card on file in on the Billing Info Page in your Kajabi settings.

If you signed up before September 3rd, 2020, or if there is no card on file inside the Kajabi Billing info Page, please fill out the Credit Card Update form here.
