My Library

When you login to your account your homepage is your “my library” page which gives you access to all of the products that come with your membership. This is where you can navigate to the Rocket Fuel Office Hours: Live Q&A sessions, archive, private members-only community and VIP questions area (depending on your membership level).

Upgrading your Membership

If you decide to upgrade your membership level you can do so by purchasing a new membership. Please note once you purchase your new membership you will be charged immediately. Your account will automatically update & your billing date will automatically update as well. You’ll get to keep your same user login email and password.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your membership you can do so by filling out the form below. After you submit the cancellation form you’ll still have access to your account for the rest of your billing cycle.

How to stop my Cancellation Request

If you’ve submitted the cancellation form but now you’ve changed your mind, no problem! Simply fill out this stop cancellation form and we’ll stop your cancellation request so you can continue being a Rocket Fuel Office Hours: Live Q&A member.
